  Every Wells Fargo I have been to has been great, except this one! My wife and I bought 100 checks for $20 and when we designed them we both said that we don't her maiden name or our current address on them, two weeks later - we got 100 checks with her maiden name and our current address on it. The banker even openly insulted my drivers license picture when assisting us. I called them and asked why this happened and expected new checks to be shipped. They refunded me $10 and then said they would send brand new checks with expedited shipping, I never got those checks. I came in three weeks later to discuss what happened and they said they would charge me $10 to send another batch of checks. Of course I look at my account today and they charged me $20. I highly recommend going to any other Wells Fargo. $30 for 100 checks that I haven't gotten yet and shipping has taken over a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Went in to take care of something simple and they had zero bankers at the bank. Wells Fargo has been declining over the years in customer service and incentives for their clients. Not impressed. Definitely switching.

  Very friendly and efficient staff. I had to close my account and, even though I was leaving Wells Fargo, the staff was very pleasant. They all wanted to take good care of me. Not five stars because I had to leave Wells Fargo because Chase gives me better rates and lower fees.
