- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best credit union I have ever been to. I refuse to go anywhere else, even if it is nowhere near my house. Great customer service and VERY easy to work with. I feel like I am a VIP each time I go in. Loan rates are extremely competitive, even with some credit blemishes. The credit union has come a long way in the past 5 years when a new CEO was appointed. Great online/mobile banking, debit cards, lines or credit, GAP and vehicle warranty... and even home loans. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had two experience with Provo Postal, & I have never been happier. I have to say that I love how kind the staff is. I have been into other banks and they treat you like your just another account, but not here. To the guys that work here they treat you like family. When you walk in its like they have welcomed you into a home. The people that come with you don't have hard chairs to sit on, no they have a couch. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Provo Postal Credit Union may be small, but they are extremely ingenious & crafty in all they do, they find creative ways to make loans that fit for me. Best credit union in Utah, maybe the United States. I've banked at many Banks & Credit Unions in my Military life with the many transfers and reassignments. They have Great customer service, & are very nice & easy to work with. I feel like I am a VIP each time I go in. Loan rates are extremely competitive, even with some credit blemishes.
