  This BRANCH is amazing! I've never had more friendly, helpful people in my life. This bank is fast, efficient, and super friendly! I still bank with them because of this branch. Thank you to everyone at this branch! You guys make my day better!

  They messed up, big time. I misplaced Debit Card, so I swung by the branch on my way to work and asked them to suspend the card, or issue me a new one on site. Tells me they can't issue a new one since I had a $0 Balance after Bills came out. Decided to suspend it, and was in and out on 5 minutes, and got to work, where I was able to find my card. Called up the phone number on the back of the card to unsuspend it. Come to find out, the Manager of the branch completely closed out my card, Cancelled it, couldn't reactivate it. I ask the lady on the other end if there's any way she can issue me a new card, and magically, they can, although it will take 7-10 days. So here I am, 5 days later, Thanksgiving fast approaching, no card, bills piling up all because the Branch Manager decided to cancel rather than suspend my card. Added to the fact that on that last paycheck, I did the math and used the card a few times before pulling out rent money. Come to find out a few days later, they hit me for 9, yes, 9 NSF Fees because the rent magically cleared before everything else I had swiped, a full day and a half prior. Seems kind of fishy. Seriously considering closing out the account and finding someplace else to do my banking with.

  After having some struggles with MACU and trying to do loans with them, I decided to come here. Stephanie (I think that's her name) was super helpful. She got the ball rolling and told me all I needed to bring to finish my auto loan. I finalized it in Payson, but the tellers there were awesome too. I am going to be closing my accounts with MACU and switching here as soon as I can. My business will go where I am treated well. I love the service at SSFCU!

  Pretty sure I am one of the only customs of the branch and boy do I love them. People laugh when I tell them the name of the place I bank, but I am not ashamed. Who doesn't love great customer care.
