- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was really frustrated with the people in the Price office. I couldn't get straight answers to basic questions about my unemployment claim. I drove to the Provo office . Got there right at 8.00 am. I Talked to "Leo" about my problem. He immediately started working with me and he answered all my questions. On one issue, he called up to Salt Lake to find the answer. He also provided me with some more resources to use to help me find employment. He was courteous, professional and extremely helpful.By Robert Gibbons, April 10, 2017
