  My store banks with this company and we go in to this bank branch when we need to do change orders. Recently, we had brought in money to change in and had it triple checked before walking into the branch. Once in, the girl helping us was trying to get the counter to work and it wouldn't so she fanned the money out to tell me what I had, and it was $20 short of what I brought it. Didn't count it out in front of me but put it in the drawer immediately. I got back and audited my safe to find out I was exactly $20 short like I told the girl she was. I called to have them audit her drawer. They told me they'd call back and never did. So over an hour later I call back to find out what's going on and all the guy says is sorry she's balanced. $20 doesn't go missing from a sealed bag buddy. Next, I went into the bank this morning to do another change order and the guy was handing me the rolls of coins telling me what I was getting back. I looked at the coin rolls he handed me and knew the amounts didn't add up. $20 worth of dimes isn't 2 rolls so I said excuse me but that's not correct, you're shorting me $10 in dimes. (Hello, you work at a bank, not me. You should know how to count.) I grab my change and leave. I felt something was off when I got back to my store so I reaudit my funds and he still had shorted me another $2 in pennies. I'm sorry but what in the hell!?!? These bankers do not understand the issues with not knowing how to count. You would think they would be more careful when dealing with other people's/companies funds but apparently not. I called back asking for a manager and of course none are available. This is by far the worst banking branch I've come to. This review to warn others that bank here to be careful and double check the work they get paid to do, because they can not do it correctly. Hopefully you guys learn to count and be more careful in the future before it gets you into trouble for shorting your customers funds consistently.

  Went to the bigger corporate building on Provo Center St and was told I couldn't take out a large sum of money ($10,000), and was basically given the runaround for about 50 minutes. Went to this location which is about one-fifth the size of the other location and was in and out in 10 minutes. Service was fantastic (Travis) and the manager (Hispanic lady) was professional and courteous. I'll never go back to the other location because they are the worst.

  Great Service, ask for Travis. After running into problems at several other branches in Provo, Travis was able to fix it quickly. Take the extra effort to drive to this branch.
