- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service is not very good. Every time I have called the person never resolves what I'm calling in for and sounds like they just want to get me off the phone. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely awful! I wish I could give them 0 stars! They will not allow automatic withdrawal they will not save our card on file! They tell us they are charging our card for the car payment the amount owed and always over charge by $70.00 we spend hours on the phone correcting it and have been told before they can not and will not refund the over charge or credit the account!
